New Haven Open At Yale – McDonald’s Tray Liner
My longstanding affiliation with the USTA and The New Haven Open represents a rich history of creative collaboration. When the tournament ventured into advertising on McDonald’s trayliners, I seized the opportunity to design and illustrate a visually captivating campaign. Over two consecutive years, I not only created and designed the imagery but also meticulously crafted coloring pages that seamlessly integrated with the tournament’s theme. The fusion of engaging illustrations and interactive coloring elements contributed to the campaign’s success, fostering a dynamic connection between McDonald’s patrons and the New Haven Open. The concept allowed attendees to bring their creations to the tournament, fostering participation in an exciting coloring contest. This venture became a pivotal experience, propelling me into subsequent impactful projects, including my noteworthy contributions to the Smithsonian project for IDW.
